I AM A DISCIPLINARIAN. MY JOB IS SEEING TO IT THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR BEHAVIOR – AND I AM RESULT ORIENTED
Breaking habits is serious business. You try to stop drinking, smoking, over eating or behaving compulsively, but without a regimen of focus and discipline, it’s all but impossible to achieve.
Distractions are everywhere with neon in all directions prompting you who to wear, what to drive and where to eat and your peers obey so you do too.
No wonder you’re on a 3rd martini, another piece of cake, and asking for a cigarette when you’re trying to quit.
It’s time you are held accountable to the authority of a real Disciplinarian.
I am not a life coach. I am a disciplinarian. I make the rules and the rules are non negotiable. You are under strict supervision and held accountable for your actions You’ll do as you’re told or there will be consequences.
