MONITORING and DISCIPLINE (NYC SPANKING)

Many of my clients require ongoing assistance to impose structure and discipline to ensure goals are accomplished, to make sure schedules are met and to assure that tasks are completed. While you may have tried using a psychologist and had little or no success, I can assure you that my vision of “applied psychology” always delivers the firm hand that assures that you achieve everything you strive for. The first step is admitting that you need help. Once you have accepted this, we can move forward.

Supervision typically involves a telephone call two or three times a week, to monitor your compliance; and a once a week meeting for discipline (those traveling or not local, can arrange a longer phone conversation to address issues).

During the phone calls, you will report your status and I will instruct, make suggestions and scold as necessary.

In addition, once a week, you will receive a punishment spanking for your failures; the intensity will be based upon how disappointed I am with your behavior and/or lack of progress. If you’ve managed to meet expectations, a maintenance spanking will be administered to ensure you don’t forget that you are being monitored and to reinforce your motivation to continually make progress or wind up suffering the consequences.

We, of course, will work together to develop a unique program, including the implements, if necessary, that best suit you. This is not a cookie-cutter, “one size fits all” approach. But once we’ve reached a concurrence of goals, you will be expected to adhere to the rules and comply with the goals, or you will be punished.

During the initial consultation, we will formulate realistic objectives. These typically include such things as moderating drinking, controlled eating habits, regular exercise, weight reduction, smoking cessation, less TV and computer time, manners and disposition, procrastination and productivity. You may have additional goals as well. I will provide the supervision and encouragement required to stay on track and achieve your goals. You will not want to disappoint me, that, I can assure you. It may take a few appointments to break your bad habits and follow a better path but you will be inspired to do what needs to be done.

This is to guarantee that you progresses without regression or interruption and in addition, that you adhere to the regime as discussed and designed.  Your behavior will be monitored extremely closely  and you will be held accountable. Each and every deviation from the established rule will result in strict, disciplinary corporal punishment.
